What Tier 2 Coaching Includes:

Customized Macros: Achieve optimal nutrition with personalized macro targets tailored to your body, goals, and lifestyle. Tier 2 Coaching is a much more flexible approach to dieting and allows you to eat whatever you want, as long as it fits within your set macros week to week.

Custom Training Program: Maximize your potential with a custom-tailored training program designed directly around your goals, days per week you want to train and which muscle groups you want to focus on the most.

Weekly Adjustments: With Tier 2, each week you'll send in your weight lost, gained, etc. and your program will be adjusted based on your progress and feedback. Tier 2 Coaching provides ongoing refinement to your nutrition and training protocols, but allows you the flexibility of how many meals you eat, what you eat, how much you eat per meal, etc. You'll be given the guidelines, but it's up to you to stay within them.

24-48 Hour Communication: Like Tier 1, you will receive around-the-clock communication with myself. Whether you have questions, need guidance, or seek motivation, Tier 2 Coaching offers continuous support and advice whenever you need it, ensuring you never go off track.
