Check-ins are done via a detailed progress update including progress photos, weight, measurements, sleep quality, mood, energy, etc. Based on this, I’ll adjust your plan as needed to ensure continued progress.

I coach individuals for a minimum of 16 weeks / 4 months. Physical results can come quickly, but developing good habits, breaking bad ones and building an unbreakable mindset takes time. My goal is to transform your life across the board and make sure the results stick with you long after coaching ends.
